We’ve been a bit quiet lately…because life can be hard. It can be hard when you’re at the second grocery store at 8pm on a Monday night and these are literally the only bananas you’ve seen…& your kids prefer to eat 2/day. It’s the holiday season, and that usually adds as much stress as it does fun. And maybe you’ve also got a parent/partner/kid/bestie that’s got OCD and needed some extra support. There’s balance in all of these situations, if you can reach to find it: grace for a social media slowdown, there were at least 3 bananas!, finding the moments of holiday joy and holding tighter to that than the stress, showing up for yourself and your loved ones at a #free #ocdcaregiversupportgroup tonight to help you access that balance you need…
A little kindness can go a long way! #bekind #bekindtoyourself
Friendly reminder that it’s Wednesday and YOU have another opportunity to log in for our #free #ocdcaregiversupportgroup tonight! Group is open to anyone, anywhere providing care to someone with OCD!
