There are many things we do in life without motivation…we do them because we know we need to, we have evaluated our options and we don’t wanna…but we know we gotta. OCD treatment can happen when we have no motivation…we don’t wanna but we know we gotta is we’re going to live our best lives!
Not all exposures are the same! Consider inducing the physical sensations that pop up when you’re in experiencing anxiety/OCD…but in a different environment and one at a time so that you have the opportunity to learn that you CAN manage the physical experience!
