Specialized Therapy for OCD and Anxiety from Anywhere in PA

With our telehealth option, you can receive your OCD therapy from the privacy and convenience of your own home. Once you receive a call that we are ready to schedule you an intake, we will send you your intake paperwork to complete. Once all forms are completed, you will be scheduled a virtual intake session, and will receive an email with a link to the appointment. When it comes time for your appointment, simply open the email and click on the link. It’s that simple. The only requirement is that you are physically located in Pennsylvania, and in a private space, while you are logged into the appointment.
OCD and Anxiety Treatment

We provide individual and family outpatient therapy for individuals of all ages who are struggling with OCD and other anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors such as Trichotillomania and Skin Picking, Body Dysmorphia, and Social Anxiety.
Our virtual outpatient therapy services typically involve meeting with one of our therapists virtually for hour-long sessions once or twice a week. We then adjust the frequency of these appointments depending on symptom severity and progression of treatment.
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

In treating these issues, we utilize the evidence-based treatments of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We aim to make treatment as active as possible, with a focus on challenging unhelpful thoughts and feelings, gradually exposing oneself to feared or triggering situations, and simply practicing the things that are currently hard to do.
We also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an approach that focuses on accepting uncomfortable thoughts and feelings and taking steps towards your goals.
