Only a few spots left for our small, personalized training on how to implement ERP for OCD next Friday morning! This is a great opportunity to get your questions answered and have a dialog with our trainers…all while fitting in those last few CEUs our Pennsylvania therapists need to complete by the end of the month!
Differentiating OCD from self is hard; sometimes it’s even harder when it’s not your OCD. But if you feel like you’ve been spinning your wheels and can’t offer the “right” reassurance or accommodation to your loved one, that’s a good clue this may be an OCD thing. Just as we remind clients: you always have the power to choose for yourself instead of listening to OCD, so to do those who are in relationships with people who have OCD: you have the power to choose if you want to participate.
There are other folks walking this fine line of differentiating OCD from the people they love and care for; it can be hard to hold space for the OCD when it demands accommodations or when you see it’s rituals taking over the life of someone you love. Come join our caregiver support group tonight at 5! Swipe for info! #ocdcaregiver #ocdcaregiversupportgroup
