As a therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, panic, and OCD-related disorders, I strive to provide the most effective treatment for my clients rooted in evidence-based practices. My therapy approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Family Systems, and Trauma informed Care. Over my 8+ years in the mental health field, I have worked with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and diagnosis across the anxiety spectrum in the Inpatient, wrap around, and outpatient therapy settings. What I love most about my work at The Center for OCD and Anxiety is the freedom it gives me to focus on my true passion, helping those with anxiety-related disorders.
In addition to OCD, I am experienced treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Trichotillomania, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, PTSD, and Depression. I am also passionate about helping both children and adults who have experienced trauma. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to challenge their anxiety and work through their struggles. My personal style is compassionate, with a focus on providing honest feedback and skills transfer. My goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life through providing them with tools they need to help manage stress and improve functioning outside of therapy appointments.
In my free time I enjoy reading, being outside, socializing at coffee shops, and relaxing with my husband.
