Senior Therapist, Monroeville

As a therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, panic, and OCD-related disorders, Samone strives to provide the most effective treatment for her clients rooted in evidence-based practices. Her therapy approach is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Family Systems, and Trauma Informed Care. Over her 8+ years in the mental health field, Samone has worked with a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses across the anxiety spectrum in the inpatient, wrap-around, and outpatient therapy settings. What she loves most about her work at The Center for OCD and Anxiety is the freedom it gives her to focus on her true passion, helping those with anxiety-related disorders.
In addition to OCD, Samone is experienced in treating Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Trichotillomania, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Panic Disorder, PTSD, and Depression. She is also passionate about helping both children and adults who have experienced trauma. Samone aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for her clients to challenge their anxiety and work through their struggles. Her personal style is compassionate, with a focus on providing honest feedback and skills transfer. Samone’s goal is to help her clients improve their quality of life by providing them with tools they need to help manage stress and improve functioning outside of therapy appointments.
In her free time Samone enjoys reading, being outside, socializing at coffee shops, and relaxing with her husband.
