Her time at the OCD program left a lasting impact and hoped that she would return to working with OCD in the future. That time has come now as a Senior Telehealth Therapist at The Center for OCD and Anxiety!

Kelli believes that while starting treatment can be scary, it is one of the best things you could ever do for yourself or your child. Asking for help is a strength! Kelli strives to meet the person where they are and maintain a strength-based approach throughout the therapeutic relationship. Kelli has years of experience utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral and Compassion Focused approach. She has had training and experience in implementing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Based Therapy (FBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Kelli believes one of the bravest and most important things you can do for yourself is learn your own power and the ability one has to break free of OCD and anxiety. She looks forward to being a part of each client’s journey and success.

In her free time, you can find Kelli spending time with friends and family as well as her three “fur babies” which include: Jack the dog, Simba the cat, and Scarlet the spider.
