Cassandra is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who specializes in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders. She previously worked at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic’s Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Program where she provided intensive group and outpatient therapy. She has more than 10 years of experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, and autism.

Cassandra earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba (Winnipeg, Canada) and a Masters in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Cassandra has training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Cassandra strives to provide an open, safe and nurturing environment where clients can learn to cope with their symptoms and take control of their own treatment. She aims to make treatment fun and loves to watch individuals make progress towards their goals.
